1. What this policy covers
This Cookie Policy explains how Tradeovent Online uses cookies and similar browser technologies. A cookie is a small text record stored by a browser. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, and server-side session identifiers. They may remember a preference, maintain security, measure basic performance, or support a form submission.
The website is designed to operate with a limited set of functional technologies. It does not require advertising cookies, social-media tracking pixels, or cross-site behavioral profiles for the services described here.
2. Technologies currently used
The theme preference may be stored in the browser so the selected light or shadow presentation can be restored. A cookie-choice record may remember that the notice has been acknowledged. When the application form is sent to the Hostinger PHP endpoint, a short-lived server session may be used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Hosting and security infrastructure may create essential logs or short-lived identifiers needed to deliver pages, balance traffic, prevent malicious requests, or diagnose errors. These controls are treated as strictly necessary where the site cannot be delivered securely without them.

3. Categories
Strictly necessary technologies support core page delivery, security, network management, form validation, and requested services. They cannot always be disabled through a consent control because the relevant function would stop working. Preference technologies remember choices such as theme or notice state but are not required for the page to display.
Analytics technologies, if introduced later, would be used to understand aggregate page use and improve performance. They will not be activated where consent is required until an appropriate choice has been obtained. Advertising or cross-context behavioral tracking is not part of the current design.
4. Managing browser storage
You can use browser controls to inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking all storage may prevent theme persistence and may interfere with security or form submission. A private browsing session may also clear preferences when the session closes.
Controls differ by browser and device. Look for privacy, site data, cookies, or storage settings in the browser menu. Deleting the theme record resets the site to its default or system-based presentation. Deleting a session cookie may reset a rate-limit or require a form page to be refreshed.
5. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
Because the website does not currently sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising, a Global Privacy Control signal does not need to switch off an advertising activity on this site. If that practice changes, recognized opt-out signals will be evaluated and honored where required by law.
There is no universally accepted technical standard for the older Do Not Track browser signal. Tradeovent Online does not use that signal to alter essential site operation, but limits tracking as described in this policy.
6. Third-party services
A third-party payment page, video-meeting service, or other external service may set its own cookies when you visit it. Its policy controls those technologies. Tradeovent Online seeks to use service providers appropriate to the requested function but does not control every setting on a third-party website.
The current public pages do not embed social-media feeds or advertising widgets. If embedded media or analytics is added, this policy and any consent interface will be updated before non-essential tracking is activated where required.
7. Changes and questions
The cookie inventory may change when security, hosting, or site features change. The updated date identifies the current version. Material additions to non-essential tracking will be reflected in this policy and, where required, in the consent control.
